Full Super Moon in Virgo- March 9, 2020
This Full Moon is the first of 3 Super Moons in 2020! A Super Moon occurs when the Moon is full and at the closest point in its orbit around Earth. Astrologically speaking, this means your energy, whether it's emotional, physical, or mental, could become scattered. Grounded Earth sign Virgo teaches you how to achieve your goals through logical thinking and service to others.
Opposite Full Moon Virgo is New Moon Pisces. Virgo Full Moon shines a light on your external circumstances. Under this Full Moon, you may want to over-analyze in order to find solutions to your problems. Another notable aspect is the end of Mercury Retrograde! Of course, it will take at least a couple of days for the lingering fogginess to clear. Virgo is ruled by Mercury, which does give you a head start on moving forward in your journey. There's potential for people to become unstable by trying to achieve everything all at once. Be as realistic as possible and try not to rush into anything just yet. Full Moons are already busy showing you the results of your past efforts since the previous New Moon!
Physical health is something that constantly has to be managed by Virgo. Virgo does rule the digestive system, so pay extra attention to what you're eating, and drink plenty of water. Along with the digestive system, Virgo also rules the nervous system. Virgo's tendency is to become over-stressed to the point of illness due to spreading themselves too thin. Should you find yourself experiencing something similar to this, you can simply remind yourself to slow down and become more present. Do something that truly relaxes you. Practice deep breathing to allow the body to unwind and let go of any tension. In meditation, focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra to instill personal power. Yellow gemstones such as Citrine can also be helpful in grounding while meditating. Be open to what blessing this Super Moon has to offer you!
Wishing you a revitalizing Full Moon in Virgo!
