How Do Our Live Gem Sales Work?
- As Morgan shows the gemstones live on YouTube, they are listed for sale on our website in the Live Gemstone Sale Collection.
- You MUST complete checkout in order to reserve your purchase- adding it to your cart does NOT save it for you. As we have many people trying to checkout at the same time throughout the live gem sale, there is a chance a specimen won't be available anymore by the time you reach the last page of checkout.
- If you end up purchasing more than one specimen during the live sale, we will ship in a method that's best for the gemstone. If we do combine your orders together into one box and there are shipping charges leftover, we will issue you store credit for the shipping overage.
- We do NOT play that game of commenting "Claim" during the sale and then sending you an invoice later. To us, this process is outdated and riddled with headaches for buyers and for us. We keep it simple- checkout successfully and the gemstone is yours. You receive an order confirmation immediately, we receive payment- everyone is happy and stress-free.
