Shipping

When will my order ship?

Many items are handmade at the time of order, so we have a 5-7 business day turnaround on all orders (not including weekends or holidays). You will receive shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when we mail your order.

The Inked Goddess Creations® Box ships once per month, around the 3rd of the month, and is exempt from our 5-7 business day turnaround.

How will my order ship?

We currently ship via USPS, as it has consistently been the least expensive for our customers. Orders either go out via First Class or Priority Mail. We reserve the right to ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx, at our discretion.

You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email on every order when we ship, regardless of the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We now ship our Inked Goddess Creations® Box subscription and regular order items internationally, with exceptions. Shipping is done via USPS International Mail, and can take up to 6 weeks to reach you, depending on where you are! Please understand that we are not responsible for taxes imposed by your country for importing items from the United States.

Due to the pandemic, we have seen international packages take 6-8 weeks to reach their destination. This is also out of our control, and refunds are not given because an item took a while to get to you.

*As of January 1, 2021, we no longer ship to the UK due to the new laws instituted because of Brexit. It's just too expensive for us to do so with the addition of VAT for UK orders.

My tracking number says the package has been 'Delivered' but it's not here. What do I do?

Contact your local post office. The scanning devices that each postman carries are equipped with a GPS tracker, so the post office can find out the exact location where your package was marked 'Delivered' by the postal worker. Then, you move forward with your local post office on how to deal with your particular scenario.

Please understand that it is our job here at Inked Goddess Creations® to make and ship your order, but once it is accepted by the post office, it is no longer in our hands, and it is up to the post office to successfully deliver your package.

The email you receive from us saying your package has been delivered is an automated email that is sent when your postal delivery person marks the package as 'Delivered' in the USPS system.

My order was broken during shipment. What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Items broken in shipment must be reported to us within 1 week of delivery. Be prepared to send pictures of the damage that we provide to the post office.

Priority Mail packages are automatically insured, so we will either send you a replacement or issue you a refund if we are out of stock on that item.

If the item is mailed via First Class, we will work with you on that purchase. If we don't receive pictures of the broken item, though, a replacement or refund may not happen.

Please note that orders over 30 days old will not be replaced or refunded.

The shipping address on my order is wrong. What do I do?

Contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we can simply change your shipping info in the system.

If the order has already shipped, and the shipping error was not our fault, you will need to pay additional charges for a new shipping label to be purchased and printed.

If a refund is preferred, the refund will not include the original shipping charges, and it will not be issued until the original package is returned to us.

Orders

I placed 2 orders on your website at different times. Will they be combined into one shipment?

The truthful answer: Maybe.

Our system doesn't group orders from the same customer together for us. We have to rely on our good ol' fashioned memories to kick in and let us know that we've seen the same name on 2 different orders. Sometimes we've had enough coffee to get the brains going, and sometimes not.

If we do catch the multiple orders, we will combine them and upgrade the shipping, if appropriate. If not, you'll be excited to receive 2 packages from us, sometimes in the same day!

Please note: The current month's Inked Goddess Creations® Box is always shipped separately from regular orders, even if you placed an order that contained an Inked Goddess Creations® Box and non-IGC®Box items. If you purchased an overstock Inked Goddess Creations® Box from a previous month, we treat that as a regular order item, so any items in the same order will all be shipped together.

How do I cancel my non-subscription box order?

We are a small business, so order cancellations affect us greatly. Order cancellation requests must be received within the same business day as when the order was placed. This includes regular item orders and subscription orders. Once that business day is over, no order cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

All sales are final. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Account

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes. This is to ensure that those purchasing subscriptions have access to their subscription account, and there is no way for us to separate subscription accounts from non-subscription accounts.

Creating an account does come with some perks, too: You can check on your order history, take part in our Goddess Points Reward and Referral Program, and automatically be signed up to receive our newsletter.

Do you share my account information?

No. Your account details are private, and we never share our customers' information with anyone.

Do you have access to my credit card info?

No. All of our payment processing is securely handled by Paypal or Stripe.

If you need to update your payment info, you have to do it yourself, as we can only see the last 4 digits of your card on our end. This is to ensure your payment information is in as few hands as possible and safe every step of the way.

I tried to log in but it's saying my email doesn't exist, even though I've placed orders with you. What do I do?

In order to be able to log into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations®, you have to activate your account. You should have received an account activation email when you first created an account here that contains instructions. If you did not receive an account activation email, or accidentally deleted it, just shoot us a quick email and we can resend it!

Can I make changes to my subscription box through my website account?

Yes! When you create an account here at Inked Goddess Creations, it will automatically link to your Inked Goddess Creations® Box subscription account (as long as you use the same email address).

When you log in at the top right hand corner of the screen, under your name you will see 'Manage Subscriptions.' Here, you can make changes to your subscription shipping address, billing info, or cancel your subscription.

Goddess Points Reward and Referral Program

What is the Goddess Points Reward and Referral Program?

The Goddess Points Reward and Referral Program gives you points on purchases that you can redeem for coupon codes. You can get points in the following ways:

  • 50 points for creating an account
  • 1 point for every $1 you spend in our store
  • 50 points for referring a friend to our store (points are payable after your friend makes their first purchase)
  • 100 points on your birthday (birthday must be entered in a minimum of one month before)
  • 3 points for each product review done directly on the website, under the product you purchased (for a maximum of 2 reviews rewarded per day)
  • 10 points for following us on Instagram
  • 10 points for following us on Twitter
  • 10 points for liking our Facebook Page

Points are redeemable:

  • $5 coupon code for 500 Goddess Points
  • $10 coupon code for 750 Goddess Points
  • $25 coupon code for 1500 Goddess Points

You can check your reward points balance (and redeem them for coupon codes!) by signing into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations® and clicking on the black 'Goddess Reward and Referral Program' tab at the bottom of the screen. Your current points will be shown, as well as a link to 'Spend Your Points'.

Can I earn Goddess Points on my subscription box purchases each month?

Yes! If you subscribe to the Inked Goddess Creations® Box and your subscription box successfully renews each month, you will automatically be credited the amount of your purchase in Goddess Points.

Make sure the email you sign up for the subscription box with is the same email as your account here at Inked Goddess Creations®, and the points will be rewarded, meaning you are automatically banking points each month without even trying!

I referred my friend, but I haven't been rewarded any points. Why?

Referral points are rewarded after your friend completes their first purchase. Your friend will also receive a 10% off coupon code when you refer them, so you both win!

How do I redeem my Goddess Points?

Simply sign into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations® and click on the black 'Goddess Reward and Referral Program' tab in the bottom left corner of the screen (bottom of the screen if on mobile). Your earned points will be displayed there, and there's a link that says 'Spend Your Points'. Click on that, redeem your points for a coupon code, and enter that coupon code into the checkout when you place your next order!

Can my Goddess Points or my referral code be used for an Inked Goddess Creations® Box Subscription?

No. Goddess Points and referral codes for 10% off can only be applied to non-subscription box orders due to how subscription payments are processed.

Coupon Codes

Where do I find coupon codes for your store?

Every so often, we'll have pop ups or games on the website that provide coupon codes. You can also check our Facebook Page, Instagram account, and Twitter feed for flash sales and exclusive codes!

Where do I enter a coupon code?

Once you're ready, click the 'Checkout' button. On the left, you'll see your customer info, and on the right you'll see your cart contents. Below the cart contents, you'll see a box marked 'Gift card or discount code.' Type or paste your coupon code and click 'Apply'.

Your coupon code will be applied to your order as long as the coupon code is still valid and you do not have any items in your cart that make the code invalid (such as an Inked Goddess Creations® Box subscription).

I forgot to enter my coupon code in at checkout. Can you apply it?

No. We can not apply coupon codes once the order has been placed. Coupon codes must be applied during the checkout process by the customer. Entering the coupon code into the 'Notes' section of your order won't apply it to the order, either.

Do you have a catalog I can be mailed?

No. We do not have a printed catalog, sorry.

How can I leave a review for your store?

We have several ways to review the store and our products:

  • You should be emailed a review form shortly after you receive your purchase.
  • You can visit our 'Reviews' page to leave a product or shop review.
  • You can leave a review by heading to the product you purchased and scrolling down to the bottom of the listing,
  • You can leave a review on our Facebook Page.

I sent a message to your shop's 'Email Support' address. When will I receive a reply?

We aim to reply to all emails within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please understand that we are a small family business of 5 people who do everything from making the products, planning the subscription boxes, marketing, ordering, packing, shipping, and customer support, so delays do occur.

Do you cast spells for people?

No. We believe magick comes from within, so any spell or ritual you do for yourself is more powerful than anything done by another person on your behalf, regardless of their "credentials."

YOU are the magick!

Will you make any custom oil blend, witch bottle, or amulet that I want?

Yes and no. We have turned down custom orders in the past that dealt with requests that would harm an individual. We generally don't work in commanding or controlling magick, as we believe everyone has free will, and that free will can not be manipulated.

If we feel our products are going to be used outside of the greater good for the person placing the order or used in a harmful way against another soul, we will decline your order and refund it.

If you have questions about your intention for the custom product, it is better to contact us before ordering so we can discuss it.

Magick Mail® has been transformed into the Inked Goddess Creations® Box, as of September 1, 2018. Same products, same style, same customer service that you love with Magick Mail®, we've just renamed it!

We are the original company to launch Magick Mail®, so if you see similarly named subscription boxes somewhere else, they are not us! This is the ONLY place to get Magick Mail®/the Inked Goddess Creations® Box!

What's in the Inked Goddess Creations® Box?

It's a surprise! The box each month will contain:

  • A beautifully scented handmade candle, exclusive to Inked Goddess Creations®
  • A DIY project: A kit, activity, meditation focus, affirmation, or altar setup for you to do (we want you making magick!)
  • 3 or more additional products to fit the theme of the month. Items will be a mixture of full-sized and sample-sized and could include Mists, Oils, Altar Items, Herbs, Gemstones, Divination Items, Booklets, Art Cards, Potion Bottles, Jewelry, Incense, Decor Items, Spell and Ritual Tools, Witchcraft Items and more!
  • Information cards to help add detail to the contents of your box each month, so you know exactly why the items were made or selected for you!

How much is the Inked Goddess Creations® Box?

We have 3 subscription options for the Inked Goddess Creations® Box, which automatically renew:

  • 1 month subscription is $35, charged each month, with a box shipped each month
  • 3 month subscription is $99, charged every 3 months, with a box shipped each month (save 5% per month)
  • 6 month subscription is $189, charged every 6 months, with a box shipped each month (save 10% per month)

Shipping is FREE with the current month's Inked Goddess Creations® Box.

We also added a One-Time Purchase option, which will NOT start a subscription for you. This is a great option to try a box one month with no commitment, to send a box as a gift, or to just purchase one month's theme that resonates with you.

How do I navigate my subscription account?

There are a few things to make note of when you are looking at your subscription account, especially if you need to make changes or cancel. We've labeled an actual account for your reference!

Will I automatically be charged for my Inked Goddess Creations® Box each month?

If you purchased a Recurring Subscription of Inked Goddess Creations® Box (not a One-Time Purchase), then your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month. There is no need to purchase a new box each month if you originally purchased a recurring subscription.

If you purchased a 3-month subscription, you will automatically be charged every 3 months for your subscription. If you purchased a 6-month subscription, you will automatically be charged every 6 months for your subscription.

You will receive an email 3 days prior to the automatic charge, reminding you that it is coming up on the 1st.

My shipping address changed. What do I do?

You have to update your shipping address BEFORE the subscriptions renew on the 1st, as whatever address is associated with your account on the 1st is the address that will come in with the order. If you need to change your address after renewal, but before the boxes ship, you need to email us to have us manually change it in the system! Boxes mailed to incorrect addresses are not refundable or returnable. If the box is returned to us, we can send it out again, after the customer pays for shipping charges to the new address.

Can I 'skip' this month's box?

As of January 15, 2022, you must contact us to skip a month of your Inked Goddess Creations® Box. Skipping is not allowed for the Inked Spirit Coven monthly membership.

How do I cancel my Inked Goddess Creations Box subscription?

There are 2 ways to cancel your subscription:

1. Use the link in your welcome email to go directly to your subscription account. Under the 'Subscriptions' tab, you will see your subscription(s). Click the subscription you want to cancel, and at the bottom of that page there is a 'Cancel Subscription' link. Click that and continue through the process until you receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.

2. Log into your Inked Goddess Creations® account in the top right hand corner of the website. Under the 'Subscriptions' tab, you will see your subscription(s). Click the subscription you want to cancel, and at the bottom of that page there is a 'Cancel Subscription' link. Click that and continue through until you receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.

Please note that emailing us to cancel your subscription for you does NOT guarantee your subscription will be cancelled. Emails sometimes fall through the virtual cracks, and when we receive dozens of emails per day, the only way to make sure your subscription is cancelled is to do it yourself and receive the cancellation confirmation email!

Please also note that cancelling a box after it renews does not automatically issue a refund. Cancelling your subscription just cancels it from automatically renewing on its next date. If your subscription renews and you didn't want it to, you must contact us during the SAME BUSINESS DAY to request a cancellation of your order and refund. Once that business day has passed, your order is finalized and no cancellations or refunds will be given.

Can I purchase past Inked Goddess Creations® Boxes?

If we have any past Inked Goddess Creations® Boxes available, they will be for sale in their own listing in the Inked Goddess Creations® Box category.

Past boxes are never guaranteed, so the only ways to ensure you get a box are by subscribing or purchasing a One Time Purchase box during the open ordering window for that month.

When will my Inked Goddess Creations® Box ship?

Subscription boxes ship around the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd is on a weekend or holiday, we reserve the right to ship as close to the 3rd as possible, give or take a few days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your subscription box has shipped.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Automatic renewals for the Inked Goddess Creations® Box happen on the 1st of the month. If you purchased a multi-month subscription, you will automatically be charged once every 3 or 6 months.

You will receive an email 3 days before each renewal to remind you it is coming up.

How do I change the payment method on my subscription account?

Log into your account here at Inked Goddess Creations®, then click on 'Manage Subscriptions.' There will be a be a tab for 'Payment methods.' Click on that and click 'Add New Payment Method.'

Once the new payment method has been added, go to 'Shipping Addresses.' Click the dropdown arrow for the address you want to add your new card to. Click 'Change Payment Method.' Choose your new card you'd like to link to your subscription and click 'Change Payment Method.' Once you have linked your new card, you can return to the 'Payment methods' tab and delete the old payment method.

This is a cumbersome change our subscription platform updated to without any notification. They are actively working on an easier process. If you have any problems changing your payment method, please contact us for further assistance.

Can I change the date I am automatically charged for renewal?

Yes! If the default date does not work for you, we can definitely work with you to choose a better one so you can continue to get your Inked Goddess Creations® Box. Just shoot us an email and we'll adjust your account.

We have quite a few customers who renew on the 1st or 3rd of the month due to disability checks, custom payroll, etc. We definitely work with customers on a limited or specific budget!

What happens if my charge is declined? [consolidate with declined entry below]

If your payment method is declined on the renewal date, your spot will be moved to the bottom of our wait list for that month. On the morning of the 2nd, we will start at the top of the wait list, letting customers know that a spot has been opened if we are 'Sold Out' that month.

Depending on the size of the wait list and number of customers who successfully process their decline errors, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a box that month if your card declined and you were added to the wait list. The ONLY way to guarantee a box each month is to place your order before we sell out or to successfully renew on the 1st (or fix a decline error by the end of the day; we send out an automated email notification if your charge declines).

Do I have to subscribe to the Inked Goddess Creations® Box?

Not necessarily. We offer a One-Time Purchase option for the Inked Goddess Creations® Box, and it's a great way to try a month with no commitment or to send to a loved one as a gift. The One-Time Purchase option may not be available each month, however. Some months we have a limited number of boxes available, and we have to make sure our subscribers are reserved their boxes, so the only way to guarantee a box each month is to subscribe.

Can I pay for subscription boxes with Paypal?

No. In order for the subscription box to automatically renew each month, it has to go through our renewal program, and Paypal isn't supported. Our renewal program accepts all major credit cards and is securely processed by Stripe.

Our One Time Purchase Inked Goddess Creations® Box listing can be purchased via Paypal, but purchasing these listings will not start an automatically renewing subscription. You will have to head to the website each month and purchase these boxes yourself if you want to receive a box every month.

Can I sign up for Inked Goddess Creations® Box anywhere other than this website?

No! We do NOT sell on any other platforms (like Cratejoy, for example). The ONLY place to get Inked Goddess Creations® Box is on Inked Goddess Creations® website, or through our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter). If you see Inked Goddess Creations® Box or something like it for sale anywhere else, please shoot us a quick email and let us know!

We are also the original business who launched Magick Mail®. If you see similarly named boxes for sale somewhere else, this is NOT us. Please let us know if you see something similar for sale elsewhere!

How do I log into my subscription account?

You can use the direct link emailed to you when you began your subscription, or you can create an account at Inked Goddess Creations®, using the links in the top right hand corner of the website. When you create an account here it will automatically link to your Inked Goddess Creations® Box subscription account (as long as you use the same email address). When you log in at the top right hand corner of the screen, under your name you will see 'Manage Subscriptions.' That's where you can make changes to your subscription shipping address, billing info, or cancel your subscription. Changes for subscription box orders (such as shipping addresses) MUST BE MADE through the 'Manage Subscriptions' link. If you change your address in your website account, it will NOT automatically update your subscription, as these are separate. Not every customer here has a subscription to a monthly box, so any subscription-specific changes need to be made through the 'Manage Subscriptions' link.

I logged into my subscription account, and it says my next "Delivery Shipment" is the 1st. Is that when I'll get my box?

No. That's when the next charge will occur on your account. The wording in your account is weird, we know, but unfortunately we can't change it. The box will ship around the 5th of the month following the charge on the 1st.

Should I play around with the settings in my subscription account?

Please don't. If you change the frequency of the shipment, the shipment date, or the shipment charge date, chances are it will mess up your order successfully renewing each month. If you have any questions about the settings in your account, please email us BEFORE just playing around with it. We have had customer's subscription boxes not renew because of settings changes. If you need your box charged on a different day of the month than the 25th, please contact us to change it for you, so your account stays active and your subscription successfully renews.

I placed a regular order with a subscription box order. Will they be shipped together?

Chances are, no. When we package subscription boxes, we make them all uniform, so each customer is receiving the same box in the same arrangement as all of the other boxes. Orders placed along with subscription boxes will generally ship separately. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers on all orders when we ship each item.

Do the boxes come with any markings on the outside?

Starting with the October 2018 box, the Inked Goddess Creations® Box has our triple moon Inked Goddess Creations® logo, the Inked Goddess Creations® Box logo, and our website and tagline on the outside of the box. The sides of the box have metaphysical symbols and designs on them.

Due to the way we package and ship the volume of boxes we send out each month, we are unable to offer any different packaging than the Inked Goddess Creations® Box, with its markings. We can not do discreet packaging, if you feel the markings are too much.

Can I just send an email to you to cancel my subscription?

We prefer if you cancel your subscription yourself, using the subscription log-in link you were given when you first subscribed. We get dozens of emails per day, and some emails fall through the virtual cracks, so emailing us to cancel does not guarantee that we will cancel it for you. The only guarantee is if you do it yourself and receive the cancellation email, confirming your subscription was indeed canceled.

I canceled my subscription, but I'd like to just reactivate it again. Can I do that?

If you've previously had a subscription with us, and cancelled it, you'll need to do 1 of 2 things:

1. Simply purchase the subscription option you'd like, as normal and it will start a new subscription, OR

2. Send us an email and we can reactivate your old account to make sure shipping dates and frequencies are all correct.

I cancelled my subscription after it automatically renewed. Will I get a refund?

If your box successfully renews on the 1st (sending you a confirmation email of your successful renewal) and you cancel your subscription immediately, it does not cancel the box that just renewed. It cancels your subscription from renewing anytime from that point forward, meaning you will still be sent the box that just renewed. If you do not wish to receive that box, and would rather have a refund, you need to email us BEFORE we ship the boxes, so we can refund you the money and cancel that current box from shipping. Failure to contact us BEFORE the box ships means you will not get a refund.

My automatic renewal charge declined on the 1st. Will I still get my box?

If your charge declines on the 1st, the program that runs our subscriptions will attempt to charge your card again on the 2nd. If your card declines again on the 2nd, your subscription will be canceled on the 3rd. If you go in and update your payment information on the 1st, there is no need to purchase a new box from the website. Just update your payment information and it will automatically charge you once you do that. Purchasing a new subscription on the website will create a duplicate order in our system, and we are not responsible for duplicate orders.

Can you ship my box early? I really don't want to wait until the 5th.

Unfortunately, no. We need the full month to finalize the boxes, make the items, pack the boxes and prepare them for shipment. We ship the boxes all at the same time so each customer receives their box in the same timeframe, to prevent spoilers. Shipping early to a customer just isn't possible, nor is it fair, to the rest of our subscribers.

What if I don't like some of the items in my Inked Goddess Creations® Box?

The Inked Goddess Creations® Boxes are sold as-is, and contents are not returnable or refundable. If an item is broken when you get it, please contact us about it, and make sure to have a quick picture of the damage done to the item for us to provide to the post office.

I have an active subscription to the Inked Goddess Creations® Box, but I see the listing is 'Sold Out'. Will I still receive my box?

Yes, as long as your account successfully renews on the 1st.

As of August 1, 2018, our subscription box decline error policy has changed. If your charge declines on the 1st and is not fixed by the end of that day, your name will be added to the bottom of our wait list for that month. On the morning of the 2nd, we will start at the top of the wait list, letting customers know that a spot has been opened, if we are 'Sold Out' that month. Depending on the size of the wait list and number of customers who successfully process their decline errors, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a box that month. The ONLY way to guarantee a box each month is to place your order before we sell out, or to successfully renew on the 1st (or fix a decline error by the end of the day- we do send out an email when the charge declines).

I accidentally purchased more than one subscription. What can I do?

If you already have an existing subscription with us (monthly, 3-month or 6-month), your subscription WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. There is no need to purchase a box every month, or a 3-month subscription every 3 months, or a 6-month subscription every 6 months. If you purchased a second subscription in error, please contact us immediately via email. If you purchased a 3-month or 6-month subscription and have already received 1 of the boxes in the subscription, your refund will reflect the remaining money in the subscription minus the full $35 price of the 1 month of Inked Goddess Creations® Box you received. The discounted Inked Goddess Creations® Box price in our 3-month or-6 month options is contingent on all boxes being fulfilled. Cancelling before your subscription is up results in being charged full price for any box(es) you've already received. You need to contact us before the last day of the month for us to be able to correct and double shipments. Contacting us after the last day of the month, or on ship day, results in you getting double boxes, as our system resets on the first of the month.

My box didn't automatically renew on the 1st. Will I still get my box?

If your box didn't automatically renew on the 1st, you need to contact us as soon as possible to look into the system and see what happened. If you don't catch the error within 2 days, there's a chance you will not receive that month's box, especially if we are Sold Out. Please understand we have hundreds of subscribers and can not keep up with everyone's accounts to double check that glitches or errors did not occur.
